Get out of bed in the morning and reach for a cup of coffee first thing? You're not alone. In fact, on average half the population of Australia and America drink coffee every day and whilst its health benefits are constantly debated far and wide, here's one hack to take that morning addiction and turn it into a healthier addition to your day. 

By adding in the key ingredients of Collagen Peptides, high quality fats, Adaptogens and a little spice, not only do you get a deliciously creamy and flavoursome cup of coffee, but you suddenly have a drink that has multiple health benefits and will set your body up for success for the day ahead.

Need It

1 cup freshly brewed coffee

1-2 scoops Collagen Peptides

1-2 Tbsp Grass Fed Butter

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Tsp Ashwaganda 

1 dash Cinammon

Mix It

Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up for 60 seconds to make sure everything is combined.

Drink It

Pour into your favourite mug and sip it down while it's freshly brewed!
