If you search for Singapore's hottest fitness babes you will quickly find Cenna Summers. With over 500k people constantly watching her every sweat session, refuel brunch and motivational musings on her Instagram account @censkiii this PT and fitness influencer has built a reputation from her work hard/play hard training ethics and equally wicked tattoos. 

But as always, there is more than meets the eyes and Cenna has recently found herself moving beyond just the fitness scene to be drawn into the world of holistic health and spirituality. As she has embarked on a journey to find a deeper sense of purpose and presence in her everyday life, Cenna has allowed her following to see it all unfold alongside her. 

This is a girl who trains hard, focuses on aligning herself and also isn't shy to enjoy a drink or two on the weekend – our kinda girl!

To get the insider goss, we sat down for a 5 minute fit chat with this badass babe to discuss working out, finding balance and the path to success.

How did you get started in the industry?

I played sport competitively from a young age and have always been interested in health and fitness. I started my Instagram account @censkiii 5 years ago to educate and motivate women on the benefits of weight training and nutrition. From there I was working in gyms, became a qualified PT and begun as a trainer with the F45 Training team!

What is your usual morning routine?

I get up at 6:30am and straight away have hot water mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon. I throw on some good tunes and then watch the sunrise. After that I'll head to a workout, followed by a healthy breakfast!

What does a week in workouts look like for you?

I train 5 days a week, mostly interval based circuit training, with a focus on training for endurance and agility. I'll throw in the occasional boxing and weights session too!

Your one favourite exercise?

Romanian deadlifts.

Your favourite brunch spot in Singapore?

Anywhere that does good old eggs with avoid on toast! I lived in Melbourne for 10 years after all, so it can't be beat. They also have to have fresh juices!

What is your latest obsession?

Boxing! I love the classes at Still. I'm also really obsessed with exploring holistic health, wellness and spirituality, which I tend to share a lot of on my daily Instastory, so you can check it out!

Feeling my best with a healthy mind, body and soul.

How do you define success?

Being present every day and living aligned with your values, whilst inspiring others through love, kindness and connection.

What is your favourite way to unwind?

Yoga, music, nature, meditation, hot tea, reading and journalling.

Your ultimate vice?

Just one?! Wine, cheese and a spiced rum (or six....)

One thing you would never leave home without?

A water bottle. Hydration is KEY!
